3 bedroom homes – $570,000, 4 bedroom – $620,000
The median unit price is $415,000
2 bedroom – $388,944, 3 bedroom – $447,500
The median rental for a house is $530 per week
3 bedroom – $490 p/w, 4 bedroom – $650 p/w
The median rental price for a unit is $400 per week
2 bedroom – $380 p/w, 3 bedroom – $420 p/w
There are also 585 visits per property (via real estate.com.au) as opposed to 377 average of Queensland; thus, interest in properties in Mount Coolum far exceeds state average.

Week starting Monday 23rd September (first week of school holidays)
Resurfacing of Asphalt to whole complex excluding from new speed hump at rear of Chemist to new speed hump at side of BWS. The IGA awning steel structure is getting erected this Friday and the following week will hopefully get the roof on it, W2B can line the underside and complete this area during September too.
If all goes to plan, the works are planned to be concluded by end of September.
